Who joins the Sunday Brunch Club?
SBC members have a wide range of careers: everything from tax specialists and civil servants to entrepreneurs and a lot more in-between! Our membership is international and most members are in the 20s, 30s and 40s. We think a good range of ages adds to the mix. Our members are friendly, fun and sociable; they like meeting new people and trying new things.

What sort of things do you do?
Our programme is varied. We do things our members enjoy. Events have included brunches (in the afternoon!), nights 'on the town', gallery visits, go-karting, walks, tennis, badminton, theatre, paintball, film, dinners, house parties, cocktail mixing, wine tasting, comedy nights, watching rugby... But I won’t know anyone when I join!
It can seem daunting to join a group of people you don’t know. But there’s no need to worry. Most of our members join on their own in order to meet new people and as such we’ve developed an extremely welcoming culture. The Sunday Brunch Club is friendly, ‘non-cliquey’ and relaxed. We are always genuinely pleased to meet new people at any of our brunches and events and will make sure that you are introduced to people.

Are you a singles club or a a dating agency?
The Sunday Brunch Club is an activities and social club rather than specifically a singles club or dating agency. There’s no concerted effort to match-make anybody! Instead we organise a wide range of activities with an emphasis on fun, friendship and shared interests. This is a far more spontaneous and relaxed way of meeting people and of course, couples do meet this way.

How long have you been going?
The Sunday Brunch Club started in January 2005 and it’s been such a hit that in 2006 we created a website and expanded to welcome new members.

Where are you based?
Our official base is Edinburgh but we do venture further afield from time to time and we have a few members from Glasgow, Fife and The Borders. Indeed, the Sunday Brunch Club has members from throughout the UK, as well as members from all over the world. We would be delighted to welcome you.

What does it cost?
