Make sterling silver and Swarovski crystal necklace and earrings in this fun workshop. Some of us went last November and made a beautiful set using a wire wrapping technique.

JCI Enterprise Event for budding entrepreneurs

This series of workshops is aimed at inspiring people in their 20s and 30s who have an entrepreneurial idea they'd like to turn into reality. The format will be drink-on-arrival, informal networking for about 30 mins, followed by a speaker and Q&A and more informal networking afterwards.

‘Get fit without the gym’ social ride series

Meeting: outside Café Truva, The Shore, Leith
Fitness instructor and keen cyclist Tracy Griffen will take us on the coastal route from Leith to Cramond – approx 7km each way.  We will set off from The Shore, Leith stop for lunch at Cramond Inn and then ride back.  90% of this ride is on a cycle path.  The ride takes approx 60-90mins each way.

Moods - ethereal scenes of Edinburgh

Jamie is inspired by the unique quality of light in Edinburgh and this is a stunning collection of over fifty atmospheric new paintings and drawings (beautiful oils and striking monochrome Indian inks) of the Scottish capital's iconic architecture and landscapes -from Arthur’s Seat, The Old and New Town to Calton Hill and Leith . Charity Sparkling Bingo Evening
In aid of Children 1st and YWCA Scotland

Venue: Shanghai at Le Monde, 16 George St

Join us in Le Monde's super slinky basement club for Sparkly Bingo! Following comments after our recent Evening News article we've decided to combine bubbly and bingo. Included in the price is a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, canapes, bingo and the option to stay on and dance the night away in Shanghai until 3am!  Gerry from Mecca Bingo will be doing the honours with all the bingo patter. If the excitement of bingo gets too much, Total Therapy Group will be on hand to give you a massage and Edinburgh Nail Factory - who keep my nails in shape - will be on hand for a manicure. We have some great raffle prizes too including dinner for two at The Terrace Restaurant at The Sheraton, designer jewellery, whisky and champagne.
