The Principles & Practice of Food & Wine Matching at Henderson's Wine Bar
During the Festival, we attended fabulous wine and champagne tastings.  Now the organizers have responded to requests for food and wine events.  A taster menu of six different dishes has been specifically designed by the chef at Henderson's, each dish was carefully paired with a different wine, in order to illustrate harmony or discord.
