How do I book events?
Have a look at the event lists. To book pay online where there is a link or email to let us know what you'd like to attend.  Each event will state whether it's a free event or whether you should pay online or on the day.

How do I pay for events?
There are three ways to pay.

1. Online through Google Checkout
You will find links on the events pages to pay online using a debit or credit card. If you want to make multiple events at the same time - send us an email and and we will send you a link to pay for several events with one transaction if this is more convenient to you.

2. Telephone/internet banking to:

Please note: you do not need to visit your bank. Simply use online banking if you have it, or telephone your bank, ask to make a bill payment and give the payment details above.

3. Cash:
In person only, please do not send cash through the post. 

Why do I need to pay in advance?
For some events we ask you to pay in advance. This helps us in our relations with restaurants and other suppliers so that we can offer you a better service. If for whatever reason you cannot pay in advance for events requiring it, a minimum surcharge of £5 will apply for payments 'on the day':

What if I need to cancel?
We understand that your circumstances can change due to reasons beyond your control which mean you need to cancel.  We are often tied to paying suppliers even where our numbers fall short so it is not always possible for us to offer a refund. Where we can we will offer a refund minus a minimum £5 administration charge.  We regret that no refunds will be offered within 48 hours of an event.

How do I renew my membership?
As an existing member you can renew your membership online for just 0 - an amazingly good value £5 per month. This is a discount on the standard annual rate of £75. It's simple to renew your membership online today.
