Rollerblading
Venue: Outdoors at Silverknowes. Meeting at parking area
on Esplanade off Marine Drive, look out for the skate car (pictured)
Great fun way to keep fit. Skating along the coast - beautiful views. All you
need is comfortable clothes, everything else is provided. The group will be kept
small. Absolute beginners welcome.

will be followed by a late lunch at the wonderfully named Goblin Haw in Gifford.

Korfball
Venue: George Watson School, Colinton Road Edinburgh

Korfball is a cross between netball and basketball with mixed teams of 4 girls
and 4 guys. It's great fun and brilliant exercise. Absolute beginners welcome.

Mountain biking in The Pentlands
Meeting Point: Flotterstone Inn car park
Milton Bridge (A702 Biggar Road, near Penicuik) EH26
Don will be leading an exhilarating ride in the Pentlands.
The ride will take approximately 2.5 hours. Suitable for anyone of average
fitness - it's uphill at the start but not too steep. This will be followed by a
late lunch in the Flotterstone Inn which does good food and has the perfect
setting for post ride relaxation. You'll need to have, hire or borrow a mountain
bike or similar for this ride.

The Aerial Assault Course is the ultimate adrenaline rush,
as you negotiate obstacles while suspended 100ft from the ground. It takes
approximately 40 minutes to complete the course. Looking forward to this one!

The week that was...
Donnie Munro was fabulous I hear. Love Sundays - Big Buffet Brunch at Harry's Bar was fabulous fun as you can see from the two pictures below. Thanks to Beryl for taking them. It was a lovely Sunday and we'll be organising another one in coming months so do look out for it.

Live folk music at The Antiquary
proved so good that we're considering a regular visit to
different live music bars in Edinburgh.
Bring a friend dinner on Saturday was lovely as usual. Look out for our next date - Saturday 29 March - 7 for 7.30pm.
