Just a few of the outdoor activities we arrange
Nordic
walking in Holyrood Park
Nordic walking is huge in Europe and it's becoming
popular in the UK too.
Originally developed in Finland by cross-country skiers who
wanted to stay in shape over the summer. It's a terrific low-impact
activity which helps you burn 20-40% more energy through the gentle
upper body workout as you walk with the poles. The whole session will
take between 1.5 and 2 hours depending on the speed of the group.


Rollerblading at Silverknowes
Skating along the coast - beautiful views. All you need is comfortable
clothes, everything else is provided. The group will be kept small.
Absolute beginners welcome.

Hillwalking
Our walks have a good following and are
always well attended. "I went went along to Robin's walk on
Sunday [Deuchie Dod in East Lothian] it was a really lovely
route, great people and one of the best walking days out I have
had for ages' Chris.
